1. WITHDRAWAL FEES

If your account is fully verified and you have opened at least one trade, your first withdrawal is free of charge.
If your account is not fully verified or if your account is verified but you have not opened at least one trade, a withdrawal fee of 10 USD, 10 EUR, or JPY 1,500 (as per account currency) will be charged.

For withdrawals following the first one, the charges are:

• Credit Card / Debit Card: 3.5%

• Prepaid Card / E-wallets: 30 USD

• Wire Transfer (as per account currency): 30 EUR / 4,200 JPY

2. INACTIVITY FEES

Fees may be payable because the Platform is continually provided for trading, regardless of your actual use.
If there are no transactions (deposits, withdrawals, or newly opened positions) on your Account for 1 month or more, the Company reserves the right to charge a monthly inactivity fee.

Inactivity period – Monthly Account Inactivity Fee (as per account currency):

• 0 to 1 month: 0

• 1 to 2 months: 100 USD / 100 EURO / 14,500 JPY

• 2 to 6 months: 250 USD / 250 EURO / 36,250 JPY

• Over 6 months: 500 USD / 500 EURO / 72,500 JPY

3. MAINTENANCE FEE

Maintenance Fee will be charged each month, regardless of transactions.
If no transactions occur for 1 month or more, the Company may charge a monthly inactivity fee in addition to the Maintenance Fee.

Monthly Maintenance Fee (as per account currency):

• 10 USD

• 10 EURO

• 1,500 JPY

4. SPREAD INFORMATION

Spread is the difference between the bid (sell) and ask (buy) price, presented in pips. It reflects the cost of opening a position.

5. SWAP INFORMATION

Swap is the interest added or deducted from the value of your position and is only charged when a position is held overnight.
For commodities and indices, there is a fixed swap fee for keeping the position open overnight.

Although there is no rollover on Saturdays and Sundays, banks still calculate interest on any position held over the weekend.
To adjust for this, VentraTrade applies a 3-day rollover strategy on Wednesdays.

6. DEPOSIT FEES

There are no deposit fees charged to the client.

7. FINANCING FEES
